2) OracleFusionCloud: Support of Custom Attributes on a new version 3.0
Detailing Identity Manager On Demand related changes:
1) During this window, database infrastructure components may undergo a controlled failover.
As a result, active database connections may be briefly interrupted and automatically re-established.
No data loss is expected. Applications configured with standard retry logic should reconnect automatically.
